Gaining weight a little to quickly so I want to add a little bit of cardio into my workout. I would like to do some sort of cardio three times a week, so here is my question, would it be better to run on the treadmill for about 20 mins(2 miles), or play basketball for about an hour(2 full court games)? Thanks
Answer:
I would Add 5 minutes to start jogging and finish with 10 minutes jog. The basketball is up to you if you really like playing then when ever you get the urge to play. I would also add a day that you only do cardio for the entire workout.
