Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise: Glutes
Preparation: Place fitness bands around your ankles and between your feet.
Breathing: Breath out on the contraction of the muscle and breath back in on the way back to the start position.
Execution: Begin walking laterally in short steps focused on squeezing the outside of your glutes as you press outward. Repeat and move in the opposite direction.
