Primary Muscle Group: Chest - Pectoralis Major
Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise: Pectoralis Major, Anterior Deltoid, Triceps Brachii
Preparation: Move into a kneeling position with your hands resting balanced on a stability ball and leaning slightly forward as you stabilize your body on your knees.
Breathing: Breath out on the contraction of the muscle and breath back in on the way back to the start position.
Execution: Move downward towards the stability ball with your chest as your elbows point outwards and you squeeze your chest muscles at the bottom of the exercise and then push yourself back up to the start position. Keep your body stabilized and back straight during the entire exercise movement.
