Breathing: Breath out as you start the exercise movement, and breath in as you move back to the start position.
Execution: Grab kettlebell by the handle at your sides. Extend the shoulder laterally and outward like you would a normal DB Side Lateral. By using a kettlebell for this exercise you increase the lever length of your arm and greatly change the dynamics of the exercise and make it A LOT easier.
