Question: My weight goes between 210 and 220 my doctor wants me to weigh 140-150 which I would love to do. I'm thinking about juice/water fasting for the month of June to get under 200 again.
Answer: Fasting is the wrong way to lose weight and you will gain every pound back usually. You got to do it the right way. cut out all the aerobic and dance classes and do those routines in that book.
