Im trying to tighten my abs and love handles doing exercises daily at home. What kind of at home exercises can I do?
Answer:
Just keep in mind that you can't get flat abs just doing a couple of exercises. You have to put together and do a real routine and eat right otherwise. You will get out of your body what you put in it. The real way to get rid of abs is cardio not just crunches. Many people don't understand that concept.
