1 green pepper
2-3 whole garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Dark balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
4 Mushrooms
1 Onion, sliced
Italian seasoning
In a baking pan, pour in olive oil and place chicken inside. Next, cut green pepper into strips, slice onion, and toss in garlic cloves and sliced mushrooms. Pour in balsamic vinegar. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour. Pre-heat oven to 400. Season chicken to taste with salt/black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until chicken is done. (30 min. or so) Yields approximately 4 servings.
