48 jumbo shrimps, cleaned and deveined
4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
6 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cups olive oil
In large bowl combine oil, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Blend well and add in the shrimp. Coat the shrimp well.
Heat skillet and saute shrimp half at a time.
When done, place in large bowl and use toothpicks or serve 6 on a plate as first course. Makes 8 servings.
