Typically prepared to yield 2 servings. Therefore use 2 times the entered ingredients or the equivalent of:
1 1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked - (quick or old-fashioned)
1 lg Ripe banana - cut into chunks
2 tb Peanut butter
1 ts Honey
1/4 ts Vanilla
3 Ice cubes

Combine milk, oats, banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in blender container. Cover; blend 1 minute on medium speed or until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes; cover. Blend 1 minute on high speed or until frothy.

1/4 cup Instant dry milk powder
1/4 cup Peach nectar
4 Ice cubes
1/2 ts Vanilla extract

Combine peaches, milk powder, peach nectar, ice cubes and vanilla extract in a blender. Process until smooth.

2 Eggs
1/4 cup Frozen Orange Juice - Concentrate
2 T Honey
2 cups Cold Milk
8 oz plain yogurt (can be Orange flavoured)

Combine the eggs, orange juice and honey in the blender. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute).

Add the milk and yougurt.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Serve at once in tall, chilled glass.

Typically prepared to yield 2 servings. Therefore use 2 times the entered ingredients or the equivalent of:
8 oz Can crushed pineapple in - juice
2 Egg whites
3/4 ts Vanilla
2 T Sugar
1 cup Water
1 cup Crushed ice

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for about a minute, maybe a little more if you like your drink less (frozen). Makes enough for 2-3 people.

3 Oranges, peeled and sliced
1 Egg
2 T Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
6 Ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender, whirl at high speed for a minute or two or until frothy. Drink immediately.

Substitute 3 lemons for the oranges for a Mock Lemon Julius.

3 cup Water
2 T Sugar
1 tb Orange peel; grated
2 cup Mango; flesh, mashed
1 cup Orange juice, fresh
1/2 cup Lemon juice, fresh

As a variation, use papaya instead of mango.

Heat the water with the sugar and the orange peel over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Cool down to room temperature. Add the mango flesh and the orange and lemon juices and mix well. Serve cold.

Typically prepared to yield 2 servings. Therefore use 2 times the entered ingredients or the equivalent of:
8 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Canned unsweetened pineapple - (chunks) drained and chilled
1/2 cup Canned sliced peaches - (unsweetened), drained and chilled
5 Ice cubes
1 Banana; peeled - cut into 1-inch pieces; frozen
1/4 cup Skim milk

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.

3 cups Skim milk
1/4 cup All bran cereal
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Medium apple - Cored, sectioned, and unpeeled.

Freeze 2 1/2 cups of the milk in a cube tray overnight. Put the bran, cinnamon, vanilla, and fruit into a blender. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk. Blend for 20 seconds.

Continue blending and slowly, one at a time, add two-thirds of the frozen milk cubes. Save the remaining cubes for future milk shakes.

Variations: 1 cup fresh strawberries; or 1 banana; or 1 peach.

Typically prepared to yield 2 servings. Therefore use 2 times the entered ingredients or the equivalent of:
2 cups Yogurt, plain
1/2 cup Orange juice - freshly squeezed
1 cup Blueberries, fresh; rinsed
1 Banana; very ripe

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 tb Honey

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
