8 oz Can crushed pineapple in - juice
2 Egg whites
3/4 ts Vanilla
2 T Sugar
1 cup Water
1 cup Crushed ice
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for about a minute, maybe a little more if you like your drink less (frozen). Makes enough for 2-3 people.
