2 cups Unsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen; hulled
2 Bananas; sliced
8 oz Low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Skim milk
1/4 cup Rice bran
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb honey
Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
