Preparation: In a kneeling position with your back and head straight, hold a medicine ball out in front of you with your arms extended downward below your core region.

Breathing:  Breath out on the contraction upward and breath back in on the way back down to the start position.

Execution:  Begin the exercise movement by swinging in a circular and upward and around motion the medicine ball as you maintain your kneeling and upright body position. Repeat the exercise movement.
