Start: Attach an EZ-curl bar to the high pulley. Grab the bar with an overhand grip, your hands 6 to 12 inches apart. Stand facing the weight stack with your feet about a foot or so away from it. Tuck your elbow close to your sides, and pull down the bar so your forearms are just above parallel to the floor.
