Ball Band Reverse Woodchoppers

Primary Muscle Group: Deltoid (Shoulder)

Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise:   Deltoid , Rectus Abdominis and Obliques

Preparation: Sit down on a stability ball with knees bent at 90 degrees and place an exercise band with the middle of the band end placed under your left foot. Hold the handles in both of your hands and position them towards the core area of your body.

Breathing:  Breath out on the contraction of the muscle and breath back in on the way back to the start position.

Execution: Your movement begins with an upward and outward diagonal movement away from your core and towards your right shoulder in an extended movement across your body. Once extended pause for a second and then move back to the start position.
