Preparation: Stand bent at the hips back and head straight with spine and knees slightly bent. Grip a medicine ball between both hands at chest height.
Breathing: Breath out on the contraction upward and breath back in on the way back down to the start position.
Execution: Begin exercise by pulling the medicine ball towards your chest and driving your elbows behind your back. Focus on squeezing your mid lat region and then move back to the start position and repeat the movement.
