Ab Trainer Obliques

Lie face up on floor, with knees bent and together, twist hips to the side and rest neck on pad. Place elbows on pads and grip bar or place hands on bar above head. In a controlled motion, keeping neck relaxed on pad, curl upper body up. Contract obliques fully without compromising form. While maintaining the controlled motion, return to starting position. Do not allow muscle to relax before next repetition.
