Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Grasp a dumbbell with a hand-over-hand grip and lift it up over your head. Keeping your elbows as close together as possible, lower the dumbbell behind your head until it almost touches the base of your neck Pause for a second and then lift it back up by straightening your arms. This can also be done with one arm at a time with the nonworking arm being used to help keep the working arm in place.
