Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie back on an exercise bench, positioning your outstretched arms directly above your shoulders.  Keeping your upper arms straight, bend at the elbow and lower the weights down toward the crown of your head. Pause an inch off your head and press back up to the starting position. This exercise can also be done by alternating raising and lowering the dumbbells, or with and E-Z curl bar.
