One Legged Reach

Primary Muscle Group: Quadriceps

Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise:  Quadriceps

Preparation: Stand up right with arms down at sides and your knees slightly bent.

Breathing:  Breath normally through entire exercise movement

Execution: Begin exercise movement by lifting one leg slightly off the ground and start to bend over in front of you to reach down and touch the floor in front of your other foot.

Comments: Keep your head straight with your spine at all times.
