List of Exercises you Should Avoid

Here's a list of exercises you should avoid if you are not advanced. It's not worth the risk of getting hurt or making a fool out of yourself.    

 

 

Ballistic stretches  Full straight leg sit-ups
Deep Squats (knee bends) Full cobra Pose
Double leg raises Hopping more than 8 times in a row on one leg
Behind the neck pull ups Falling off a treadmill from running too fast or not paying attention. 
Hurdler's stretch
