forced reps chest workout

This is a great chest workout you can do using forced reps at the end of each exercise. Make sure you have a spotter that will help you maintain good form.

1.) Bench press (Barbell)

Sets: 3

Reps: to failure with assitance

2.) Incline bench press (Dumbbell)

Sets: 3

Reps: to failure with assitance

3.) Decline Bench Preass (Barbell)

Sets: 3
