good kettlebell bicep workout

This is a great bicep workout you can do with a set of kettlebells. This workout features three bicep exercises. Perform each exercise 12 to 15 reps for three sets while resting 40 seconds between sets.

1. Kettlebell Standing Curls - Kettlebell Bicep Workout

Reps: 12-15

Sets: 3

Rest: 40 seconds

2. Seated Kettlebell Alternate Curls 

Reps: 12-15

Sets: 3

Rest: 40 seconds

3. Kettlebell Concentration Curls

Reps: 12-15

Sets: 3
