10 minute cardio workout routine

If you need a quick and intense cardio workout, this one will challenge your body in a short time. When you complete one exercise move immediately to the next without rest.

1. Treadmill - Jog

Time:5 minutes at 6.0 mph 

Incline: 0

2. Elliptical Machine 

Time: 2 minutes at 125 glides per minute

Level: 7 

3. Bike

Time: 3 minutes

Level: 6

Rpms: 80
