Frog Jump

Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise:  Quadriceps

Preparation: Get down into a low squat position as pictured. Arms are placed at your sides and you are in a position ready to hop.

Breathing:  Breath through entire exercise movement.

Execution: Begin to hop forward with your arms to the side like a frog. Repeat the exercise movement.
