Preacher Curl

Start: Attach the EZ-curl bar to the low pulley. Set up a preacher bench so you'll face the weight stack while lifting. Grab the bar with and underhand grip as you sit at the bench, your upper arms resting on the pad. Start with your arms almost straight

Finish: Curl the bar until your forearms are just short of perpendicular to the floor. Pause, then return to the starting position.
