Cardio Circuit Workout

Doing circuit workout routines is a great way to save time and get an effective workout. Cardio circuit workouts helps build stamina and tone your muscles simultaneously. Here is a great cardio circuit workout you can do at the gym. The equipment needed for this workout is a treadmill, bike and elliptical machine. This workout is designed to last 30 minutes.

EXERCISE

TIME LEVEL SPEED

Treadmill

5 mins.   5.5 miles

Bike

5 mins. 3 60 rpms

Elliptical Machine

5 mins. 3 120 strides per min.

Repeat this sequence twice without rest after a warm up.
