Hug a Tree

Hug a Tree procedure:

Inhale: Sit with the back against the chair and the legs together or hip-width apart. Hold the arms out in a T position with the elbows soft and palms facing forward.

Exhale: horizontally adduct the arms until they are in line with the shoulders and parallel to each other.

Inhale: Horizontally abduct the arms, returning to the starting position while keeping tension in the springs.
