Proceduce for Prone Knees Bent
Inhale: Lie prone with the knees bent at a 90-degree angle and the thighs lifted off the mat. Place the circle between the legs and above the ankles (closer to the knee). Rest the forehead on the hands.
Exhale:Adduct the hips, squeezing the legs together.
Inhale: Maintain the tension in the circle and continue with small pumps. Return to the starting position.
