Hip Seated Stretch

Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise:  Glutes

Preparation: Sit down on flat bench with both knees bent and one leg angled cross the other leg at the knee joint as pictured.

Breathing:  Breath in and out through the entire stretch movement.

Execution: Begin exercise movement by leaning forward at the hip joint, while keeping focused on squeezing your glute muscles.  Hold at the bottom and pause then move back to the start position. Repeat with opposite leg up.
