Other Muscle Groups Worked in This Exercise: Upper Back, Forearms

Breathing: Breath out as you start the exercise movement, and breath in as you move back to the start position.

Execution: Get the kettlebell into the bottom up position in front of your eyes. In one smooth motion make a circle around the head. This is a great shoulder mobility exercise.
