Kettlebell Alternating Bottoms Up Press

Breathing: Breath out as you start the exercise movement, and breath in as you move back to the start position.

Execution: Move kettlebells into a bottoms up position. Begin to press each kettlebell up and over your head one kettlebell at a time in an alternating movement also going back to the start position before you press the other arm upward.
