Good upper body workouts for men.Good upper body workouts for men. Whether you are short on time or want to train your upper body a couple times a week, and upper body workout should fit you perfectly. Your upper body consist of your chest, back, abdominal, neck, and arms. To design or find an upper body workout you should choose exercises that will target those muscle effectively. It is best to choose the best basic exercises for all of your target muscles. Depending on your goals and available equipment choices. this will vary. The key is making sure that you train each body part with good resistance without wasting too much time. If you want to save time, superseding your exercises will be your best bet. For example, you may want to train your bicep and tricep muscles as a superset. Then move to you’re your chest and back muscles as a superset. If you have more time, you can train each muscle group separtley until you are finished. For example, you may do bicep exercises for 2 sets rest for a few minutes then move to your triceps exercises for 2 sets. You should include at least 2 exercise per body part to really train each muscle group effectively.
