Philly" Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients :2 lb Fresh mushrooms [med size]

8 oz Philadelphia Brand Cream

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp lemon juice
Makes 32.
1/2 to 2/3 pounds brie cheese (wedges are fine)
1 (17.3 ounce) box frozen puff pastry
Hot pepper jelly
Small fillet of beef ( tenderloin - clean ), olive oil, black crushed peppercorns, parmesamo cheese, mustard, salt, paprika, pepper.
8 ea slices white bread
2 cup milk
8 oz old English cheese slices
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
3 ea eggs
Lg. firm onion, sliced
Milk
Pancake mix
Ice water
Flour
Cornmeal
Separate onion into rings and blanch 15 seconds. Chill in ice water and drain. Roll in flour, dip in milk, then roll in mixture (half and half) of pancake flour mix and cornmeal. Freeze on cookie sheet. Freeze with waxed paper between layers. To serve, fry at 375 degrees while frozen. Salt and serve. They are handy to have in freezer.
